November 2010 – Stanford – SFI-IDA event promoting Ireland
I had to represent CTVR at this event. My talk gave a short overview of CTVR and then focused on Ireland and the potential for cognitive radio experimentation here. The slides can be found here.
August 2010 – Presentation to the GSMA in Brussels
Tim Forde and myself gave a presentation to the GSMA in Brussels about flexible usage rights for spectrum. The slides for the talk can be found here.
May 2010 – Presentation to the Telecommunications and Internet Federation
The meeting was held in IBEC headquarters and TIF were interested in getting a general update in new topics in spectrum. The slides can be found here.
June 2010 – KEYNOTE The Wireless @ Virginia Tech 2010 Symposium & Wireless Summer School
At this I gave a talk about how cognitive radio can play a strong role in LTE advanced. The talks was called How LTE advanced will change the world for Cognitive radio.

April 2007 – IEEE DySPAN
We hosted IEEE DySPAN in Dublin in 2007. At that time we introduced the demonstration sessions to the programme. We made a short video of the conference which can be found here - DySPAN 2007
ART of Decision
This was a multimedia project sponsor by the Dept of Justice and involved looking at ways to get women more involved in politics and decision-making. I recently noticed that the Art of Decision project is available here on video and the website is also still live.
